Provides complete obstetrical and
gynecological care for female
outpatients. The following inpatient
procedures are also performed:

(cephalic, breech, twins). »
Assisted vaginal deliveries
using Ventouse and Forceps. »
All types of caesarian
sections. »
Dilatations and curettage.

Diagnostic laparoscopy »
Operative laparoscopy (for ectopic
pregnancy, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, adhesiolysis and ovarian drilling for
polycystic ovaries). »
Vaginal and abdominal
hysterectomy »
Exploratory laparotomy for acute
abdominal and adhesiolysis »
Laparotomy for myomectomy, ovarian
cystectomy, ovarian tumors (eg ovarian dermoid), salpingectomy and ectopic
pregnancy »
Vaginal repair operations
for cystocele, rectocele and uterine
prolapse (Manchester repair). »
Cervical cone biopsy,
cervical loop diathermy »
Cervical cauterization, polypectomy »
Tension free vaginal tape (TVT)
operation for stress incontinence. »
Birch colposuspension operation for
stress incontinence. »
Anterior colporrhaphy with Kelly's
suture and bladder buttressing for
stress incontinence. »
Bilateral tubal ligation by
laparoscopy or laparotomy.
Saturday through Thursday,
8:00 – 22:00 for outpatient
clinics and on-call coverage
after hours and on weekends
for those patients
undergoing gynecological
surgery and emergencies.
