Services:
» Cardiology:
Serves all cardiac
“non-invasive” outpatient
and inpatient cardiac
emergencies as well as other
cardio vascular diseases.
All emergency cases like
myocardial infarction, acute
pulmonary oedema, etc are
admitted to the Intensive
Care Unit and managed via
special inpatient CCR
protocol.
» General Medicine and Gastroenterology:
Daily referral and outpatient clinic for general medical and gastroenterology cases. Three times per week endoscopic procedures are done:
• Fiberoptic total
Colonoscopy and allied
procedures, namely
endoscopic biopsies
and polypectomies.
• Diagnostic ERCP
» Chest Clinic:
Manages all respiratory cases, acute medical emergencies and chronic medical conditions; in addition to, all diagnostic procedures of respiratory medicine except bronchocoscopic (fiberoptic).
Limited Pulmonary function tests and all investigations for the causes of allergy are also done. Causes are treated by desensitizing the patient (immunotherapy) either orally or subcutaneous injection weekly.
» Diabetic Clinic:
Diagnoses, investigates and manages all cases of ketoacidosis of all ages, hyerglycaemia and hypoglycaemic cases.
